UNIVERSITY RANKING: Who And What Determines The Best???

According to "Webometric"-a body in charge of ranking Universites,(ranking link)are assessed and ranked yearly by standards that are yet to be clearly stated.My questions to fellow students and administrative heads are:

1. If the veracity of this ranking is actually true,what input are you making to place your university at the top of this ranking.

2.Are you satisfied with the current ranking of your school.

3,Do you think the ranking is fair enough with respect to where you are placed in the ranking?

4.Will you decide to improve either your reading(for student) or teaching(for lecturers) habits in order to improve the condition of your school?

Change and transformation is an attitude of choice.... I Love and Rep my  school(Rivers University Of Science And Technology) even though we are sitting on the 40th position on the map.
