KEEP THE PHONE NA....

    Since the advent of mobile phones and its ever expanding functionality from cell phones that can make call and send text messages alone, to phones that can send emails, record videos, audio. Further smart phones now comes with instant messaging services( whattsapp, facebook,blackberry messager (BBM), browser, motion sensor, they are sometimes reffered to as palm touch their ability to function as micro computers is amazing and its portability has been its selling point.
    Nowadays young people every were are always pressing their phones during lectures, during services, in the bus while cooking, in the toilet, the list is endless but being attached or being too attached to a cell phone is it good ?
   Most young people have seen social network as the perfect replacement for socialization the notion is “why meet, when we can chat “ some  young adults and mostly teenagers can not last 15 minutes before bringing out their mobile phones even during important meetings they keep late night why because their mobile phone is on, they smile with no one talking  they walk around with chargers which they view as valuable as both arms, what are they doing? they say they want to stay informed but do not even know the trending topics for the last two weeks. Phone over use effect ranges from social, health, to physiological issues.
  Socially even at parties and events where people are supposed to socialize and get connected, for the next level they fiddle old apps, worse, going through pictures they have taken , pretending to be texting in other not to feel awkward. They miss out valuable information.
     For  the health issues there is a study that reveals that excessive use of mobile phones can cause or worsen health problems, now someone goes to the toilet with their mobile phone and comes out, goes straight to the dinning table to grab a meal consuming a vast amount of germs which may be genocidal.
 Cell phones as telecommunication devices send out signals and receives signals the frequency of this sent out signals if when accumulated can result to headache, impaired memory, lack of concentration, fatigue, dizziness etc are all symptom of radiation sickness.  

Physiological unchecked use of cell phones before bed cause insomnia according to a study by scientists in the Kardinska institute and Uppsala University in Sweden says due to radiation received by a user of cell phone, components of sleep believed to be important for recovery of daily wear and tear are adversely affected.
   I will no call you diseased without prescribing drugs for you, if you find yourself regularly checking your phone you may be addicted and eligible for the adverse effects  these are few steps to check it
1.Do not touch your phone for the first 30 minutes when you wake up .if the primary task you perform once you wake up is to check or turn on your cell phone then that is an issue. Rather mediate, exercise plan your day before looking at the screen’
2. Create a no-phone time zone .Their should be periods when you must touch your phone especially when doing an engaging task as this may decrease your productivity and concentration

3.turn off your mobile phone in important meetings, it is considered unethical to have a ringing phone in important meetings, in all, check how long you can stay without your phone AND COMMENT.
