HOW TO USE MTN BIS ON ANDRIOD AND PC (ENJOY)

MTN bis still works on android devices and pc. But this time, you'll have to subscribe to the bb10 daily plan instead of the bb7 (older bb) plan. This gives you unlimited access to the internet and you can download as much stuffs as you want from the Internet. It is only valid within 24hrs after subscription.
To do this, follow the steps below:

For Android Devices

1. Download android simple server app             http://www.datafilehost.com/d/d439b2c7

2.   Install it on your Android device

3. Create new APN settings on your phone          as follows:
     Proxy: 127.0.0.1
     Proxy Port: 8080
     APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
     Username and password: web
save and set as default setting.

Go to simple server and configure the settings as follows:

1. Proxy host: 10.199.212.2

2. Proxy Port: 8080

3. Injection method: GET

4. Injection Query/Url:
    http://web.blackberry.com

5. Injection Host: web.blackberry.com

6. Injection Line: tap/press 'enter' key 4             times

7. Log Level: DEBUG

Close the setting window and tap/press  'start'

NB: subscribe for the mtn bb10 daily plan before the settings can be effective. Send 'BBMIDID' to 21600

For PC

1. Download simple server for                pc http://www.datafilehost.com/d/59b8af4f

2. Extract the downloaded file and open the     exracted file folder, double click on
    'Simple server.exe'

3. Now, subscribe for mtn bb10 daily plan         (#100) by sending 'BBMIDID' to 21600.
    Wait until a confirmation message is sent     to you.

4. After receiving the 'welcome to mtn bis'         message, insert the sim into your modem,
    Go to tools>>profile management>>new       profile. Type the following in the spaces         provided;

    APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
    Pasword & username: web
Also set your browser and IDM's Proxy to 127.0.0.1 and Proxy port: 8080.

That's it you're done, you can start surfing.
It only lasts for 24hrs, so enjoy it while it lasts.
