NIGHT CLASSING.




Glasstone rubbed his eyes and said “mehn that lecture was boring “,” I enjoyed it oh but it was too much” replied egwele”,” I just have to go through it again so I can stay on track”  whatever your case may be night class fills the missing gap just fine, well for people not familiar with night class, I am prompted to define it; It is the late hour study of courses beginning between(7-8)pm and stretching into the early hours of the next day.
  Is night class important? Of course it is, students must indulge in this sacred ceremony in other to meet up with the pace of his or her lecturer, in this part of the world it is advisable to  go every-day or periodically (that is four times a week) but too much of every-thing is bad because this might lead to breakdown, speaking from experience.
  Tougher strategies is required for tough situations, if every day straight for a month will give you A’s parallel, then why not, after all, that is why schools go on break to enable recover from the induced stress and self-inflicted tension which is an art of self- discipline.
TIPS   FOR    A    GREAT NIGHT   CLASS   EXPERIENCE.
Lets say, you slept in class or missed some lectures and you have to cover up, night class may be a great suggestion for anyone with the right moral standards, or there is a lecturer who can finish two or more topics in two hours, or is it that test coming up, or the exam in a month away well you may need to night class sir.
1.  On the day you have proposed to night class you must watch your activities, no random movement is allowed you will be on power saving mode so as to conserve energy for the class.
2.  Sleep during the day if there is time for that this will give you a upper-hand as you may not feel sleepy early
3.  Are you a chronic sleeping machine? Try nescafe or any other stimulant to keep you to keep you awake but do not get addicted what must be done should be done when the time comes
4.  Arrange your items before time (lamp, books. biro. snacks, calculator, materials ,etc) , hasty packing and finding of your materials  may lead to frustration when may lure you to stay back or sleep early due to lack of interest.
5.  Get a good lighting system, be it a lantern, candle, rechargeable lamp , torch, everyone started from some-where get a light do not lie to yourself we can predict the epileptic power supply “no be because of you nepa go bring or keep light”
6.  Go with a few friends as they will motivate you it may also be a breeding ground for heads to discuss ideas

Most people can attest that one day night class has given them an A in a test others even got a remarkable grade night class equals less sleep. The effects of lack of sleep is a real eye sore and can be demoralizing.
   The recommended time frame for sleep is 7-9 ½ hours for an adult to function properly. The effects are
1. It shortens life span’
2. It increases the chances of obesity.
3. It reduces your mental well-being.
4. It lower libido.
5. It decreases fertility.
6. you may sleep in class.
Does this make you fringe.
REMEMBER NO PAIN NO GAIN, YOU ARE NOT DOING IT FOREVER. THESE ARE LONG TERM EFFECTS.
