LONELINESS


  Being lonely is never a good feeling, loneliness is defined by the encarter English dictionary as feeling sad through not being with your friends or company, loneliness has driven people to different bus-stops in their lives, they ordinary would have never gotten to, some have made suicidal attempts, while the bulk  has hooked up whom ever came around, when they are in that state.
   As humans we are bound to feel lonely at some points in our lives even with our closest friends and family around, is it good to be lonely? What do I do when am lonely? These are some of the questions I hope tackle with this article.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT LONELINESS.
11.Every-one feels lonely some-times; As  humans some- times we break into uncontrollable tears when we assume that no-one rely cares which is a factual lie. What about the stars? Do they ever get lonely? Well it is not the quantity of friends you have that matters but the quality ,  when the so-called stars hit stardom  it is the spotlight that bring most people they around with, not who they rely are these different persons come with different personal agendas.
2LONELINESS IS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH;If you are always feeling lonely it is high time you leave that room lock it and throw away the key into the river, I will advise you to still go ahead and burn down the room.
  Researchers who analyzed the results of a group of persons concluded that “loneliness is twice as harmful as obesity,” and “equivalent to smoking 15 cigarettes a day”. Wow loneliness is not a room to even nap in.


3.LONELINESS MAKES YOU VUNERABLE; when you are lonely you are most likely to settle with anyone who stretches a hand of friendship actually you mind is in desperate need of attention you may tell yourself that any attention is better than no attention, it is at this state that people are introduced to vices that wreck their lives.

STEP TO TAKE WHEN FEELING LONELY;
You may not actually be lonely but since it is a feeling you have a variety to choose from,
1.Remember the nice times you had with your friends and assure you self that they still care and that they are not just around; This may have a positive impact on some people and an extremely negative effect on others which ever category you fall in you were not made to be enslaved to your feelings. Tell yourself you need time alone to think about your life that you are not lonely.
2. Discard negative assumptions and  imaginations  ; When most people feel lonely different assumptions come to their head but just letting them slide may damage your friendship with others. A lot of people resort to their various addictions like masturbating, pornography, drug abuse, alcoholism, e.t.c. Do not confuse loneliness with boredom say no to negative imaginations.
3. Appreciate  solitude ; Majority of us feel lonely  whenever we are alone that is not good, solitude is blissful, it enables you reflect on activities, family, jobs, life e.t.c. And a good course will be to imaginatively solve these problems.

DO NOT GET LONELY MOVE INTO SOLITUDE.
