The Kaduna state polls went the way presidential polls went as the PDP candidate Mr. Ramalan Yero conceded defeat to his rival Mr. Nasir el-rufai of the APC. According to reports Mr.Yero called El-rufai at about 3.00pm, to congratulate him of his victory. Why?, well El-rufai led with an outstanding 500,000 votes in 16 out of 20 local government in the state "wetin him wan do na".
